Program Application Process
Please
read application instructions and requirements (click on application &
maps below) carefully. Completed applications must be received in the
Township Clerk’s office EXTENDED TO no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 28, 2010 Friday, June 18, 2010. All applications must be submitted in person by the applicant
and only completed applications will be processed. Applications will be
logged in by the Township Clerk and processed on a first-come, first-served
basis, except that any past permittee who is applying to hunt
the same property he or she has previously hunted and who meets the eligibility
requirements set forth in Section 9-9e of the Montgomery Township Code
will be given priority over other applicants for that particular property
only.
IMPORTANT
NOTE TO ALL HUNTERS ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM:
It is a mandatory
requirement of the program that you attend one of two upcoming training
classes on the following dates and locations:
Wednesday,
July 14th 7:00 p.m. Municipal Courtroom
Wednesday,
August 4th 7:00 p.m. Municipal Courtroom
Dates are subject to change, please confirm with Township Clerk. You should not apply if you cannot make one of these two dates.
