When:  Sunday November 5, 2:00pm, meeting in parking lot across from Stonebridge (across from trailhead on Montgomery Road)

What:  Stress and anxiety can be overwhelming, however studies show that just stepping outside can do a body good.  The power of the sun, the briskness of the breeze, and a sharp intake of air connects us to our surroundings, grounds us and restores us.
