The first time you use Community Pass, it will require you to set up a user name and password (please store this info safely). You will set up a simple profile for each member of your family. Once you are registered in the system, it will automatically list which programs are currently available to any member of your family by their age and sex.

On-line registration currently requires payment by credit card for registration costs. Please be advised that the current convenience rate for credit card payments is 2.99% of your total transaction.

Community School
Our Community School provides educational, health and well-being classes as well as classes in music and the arts. We run sessions in the Fall, Winter and Spring, and sessions can vary in length from a few days to eight to ten weeks. All of our Community School classes are self-sustaining and all participants pay a fee for participation.

Coordination with Independent Sports Leagues, Township-Owned Sports Fields

The Montgomery Township Food Pantry
The Food Pantry is organized under the Recreation Department at Otto Kaufman Community Center. It is open to all Montgomery Township residents who are experiencing temporary financial hardships and having difficulty making ends meet. The pantry is managed by the Montgomery Township Community Resource Manager Denise Crowley. She is responsible for connecting people in need in our community with resources available through the County and other organizations.

The Food Pantry is located on the Senior Center side of the Otto Kaufman Center and operates by appointment only.

To make use of the Montgomery Township Food Pantry, an appointment is needed for an initial visit with the Food Pantry Manager. You must bring proof that you live in Montgomery and documentation of your income and expenses. (While there is no income eligibility, there is an income verification process.) When you come in for the appointment, the manager will help you complete some forms, make copies of your documentation and will explain how to use the pantry. The pantry operates by appointment only to protect individuals' privacy.

Food and non-food grocery items are provided by a very caring and generous community. Donations of food, non-food grocery items and funds are needed on a regular basis. Donations to the Montgomery Township Food Pantry are deductible in accordance with §170 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Volunteers assist throughout the year to help sort donations, stock the pantry shelves, and assist with special program support. If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out the Food Pantry Volunteer Form, also found under Forms on this website.

Food Pantry visits, volunteers, and donations are by appointment only to protect the privacy of Pantry clients.
