Programs & How to Register for Them We now offers On-line Registration through Community Pass. Follow link below and select "Montgomery" from the drop down box of town names. The first time you use Community Pass, it will require you to set up a user name and password (please store this info safely). You will set up a simple profile for each member of your family. Once you are registered in the system, it will automatically list which programs are currently available to any member of your family by their age and sex. On-line registration currently requires payment by credit card for registration costs. Please be advised that the current convenience rate for credit card payments is 2.99% of your total transaction. If you prefer just to fill in and print out a form and mail or bring in with payment, please click on ' registration' in menu on left and go to link at bottom of page that opens. You will not be guaranteed a spot until the registration form and payment are received. This page will also give you further rules and guidelines on program registration.

To make use of the Montgomery Township Food Pantry, an appointment is needed for an initial visit with the Food Pantry Manager. You must bring proof that you live in Montgomery and documentation of your income and expenses. (While there is no income eligibility, there is an income verification process.) When you come in for the appointment, the manager will help you complete some forms, make copies of your documentation and will explain how to use the pantry. The pantry operates by appointment only to protect individuals' privacy. Food and non-food grocery items are provided by a very caring and generous community. Donations of food, non-food grocery items and funds are needed on a regular basis. Donations to the Montgomery Township Food Pantry are deductible in accordance with §170 of the Internal Revenue Code. Volunteers assist throughout the year to help sort donations, stock the pantry shelves, and assist with special program support.
