Escrow Accounts
Escrow accounts are established to pay professionals (e.g. engineers, lawyers, planners, etc.) who review or inspect all applications.

This office coordinates with the Finance Department to track and manage the maintenance and replenishment of, and refunds for escrow accounts for the Engineering Department and Planning Department.
