Qualifications:
- Dwelling
house owned and occupied by a person over the age of 65, or the qualified
surviving spouse.
- Citizen
of New Jersey and ownership of applicant property by Oct 1st of the
pretax year.
- Annual income limit of $10,000.00 after permitted
exclusions.
